1. Materials & Quality

Yes. All our jewelry is made of real, genuine gold, carefully selected to guarantee quality, durability, and elegance. We do not use plating, gold-plated materials, or imitation materials.

Each piece is crafted from genuine gold (10K, 14K, or 18K, depending on the design), ensuring its resistance to daily wear and maintaining its value and shine over time.


Furthermore, our jewelry undergoes rigorous quality control to guarantee it meets market standards. Buying from us means investing in an authentic, reliable piece made to last.

Shipping with USPS and FedEx (3 to 4 days): To ensure the integrity and security of your order, we recommend picking it up at the USPS or FedEx office nearest to your address. This way, we can ensure that only you will be picking it up. We can modify this upon request, but we recommend picking it up at the nearest USPS or FedEx office.

Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Options

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and costs, which will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be asked to select a shipping method for your product(s). Before finalizing your order, the total shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but exchanges are available under certain conditions. We appreciate your understanding. Please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We do not accept returns. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact us at [email protected].

If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Damages and Problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right. Quality Guarantee: We certify the authenticity of the gold. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after purchase. Maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.
